Advocate Devvrat Elected SCAORA President

Advocate Devvrat has been elected as the President of the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Association (SCAORA) following the association’s elections held on May 21.

Advocates Nikhil Jain and Yugandhara Pawar Jha were elected as the Vice President and Secretary respectively. Devvrat secured victory over Advocate Shivaji M. Jadhav in the contest for the president’s post.

The election results mark a key leadership change within SCAORA, an important body representing Advocates-on-Record practising before the Supreme Court of India.

Counting for certain other posts, including Treasurer and Executive Members, is still pending.
