AI-Powered Legal Assistant Lexroom.ai Secures €2M to Revolutionize LegalTech

Milan-based startup Lexroom.ai has raised €2 million in seed funding to enhance AI-driven legal assistance.

The funding round was led by Entourage Capital, with backing from Verve Ventures, Vento Ventures, Banyan Ventures, and X-Equity, alongside angel investor Joe Zadeh, Airbnb’s former VP of Product.

Founded in 2023 by Paolo Fois, Martina Domenicali, and Andrea Lonza, Lexroom.ai provides AI-powered legal research, contract drafting, and brief writing tools.

With €1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) and 1,500 legal professionals using its platform, the startup is rapidly expanding across Southern Europe.

The company aims to scale its workforce to 35 employees and become the go-to AI platform for law firms.
