Allahabad High Court Rejects Plea to Quash Case Under Anti-Conversion Law

The Allahabad High Court dismissed Taufik Ahmad’s plea to quash proceedings under Sections 420, 323, 376, 344 IPC and the U.P. Conversion Prevention Act, 2020, in a case involving the alleged unlawful conversion of a Hindu girl to Islam.
