The Bombay HC issued a notice to the NLU Consortium regarding a plea challenging the 2025 CLAT PG final answer key.
The petitioner raised concerns about errors in the answer key and criticized the ₹1,000 fee per objection, in addition to the ₹4,000 exam fee.
The Court granted interim relief, stating that selections based on the answer key would be subject to the final disposal of the case. The Court also addressed jurisdiction, citing that the petitioner’s exam was held in Mumbai.
The SC had previously directed the petitioner to approach the HC. The PG results are being challenged in the Madhya Pradesh HC, while the Delhi HC is hearing a UG exam plea.
