Bombay High Court Allows ILS Pune Students with Attendance Shortage to Appear for Exams

The Bombay High Court allowed a batch of students from ILS Law College Pune, who were barred due to attendance shortage, to appear for their ongoing semester examinations.

The Court granted this relief as an interim measure while their petitions challenging the denial are pending. It clarified that the students’ results will be subject to the final outcome of the case.

The petitions allege that students were unfairly prevented from writing exams despite having over 50% attendance and valid reasons for any shortfall.
