Bombay High Court Criticizes Hindustani Bhau’s Plea Against Farah Khan’s Holi Remarks

The Bombay High Court criticised social media influencer Vikas Phatak alias Hindustani Bhau for seeking an FIR against filmmaker Farah Khan over her comment calling Holi a festival of “Chhapris.”

A bench questioned if the plea was for publicity and advised the petitioner to avoid being overly sensitive.

The Court remarked it was overburdened and should not be troubled with such trivial issues. After the Court expressed its intent to dismiss the plea, the petitioner withdrew it.
