A show-cause notice issued in October 2024 highlighted concerns over the quality of Ola's EVs and insufficient after-sales support, prompting over 10,000 consumer complaints.
Recently, Ola Electric received additional document requests from the CCPA to advance the inquiry.
The Karnataka High Court granted the company a six-week extension to respond (read more here), while Ola assured stakeholders that the probe has not impacted its financial or operational stability, emphasizing its commitment to compliance.
