Celina Jaitly Moves Court Under Domestic Violence Act, Seeks ₹50 Crore Compensation

Actor Celina Jaitly has filed a domestic violence complaint in a Mumbai court against her husband, Peter Haag, alleging prolonged emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. 

Jaitly has claimed ₹50 crore as compensation for emotional distress, loss of income, and deprivation of property.

She has also sought ₹10 lakh per month in maintenance, return of her jewellery, protection of shared assets, and an injunction restraining Haag from entering their shared household. 

A judicial magistrate issued notice to Haag on November 21, with the next hearing scheduled for December 12, 2025.
