Centre Approves Unified Command Framework for Three Forces Amid India Pakistan Tensions

The Indian government implemented new rules under the Inter-Services Organisations (Command, Control & Discipline) Act, 2023, to establish a unified military command structure across the Army, Navy, and Air Force.  

The regulations empower commanders of tri-service bodies with full administrative and disciplinary control over personnel across all three branches.

This aims to enhance joint operations, improve efficiency, and foster cohesive leadership within the armed forces.
