CJI Surya Kant Announces ‘One Case, One Data’ System for Judicial Integration

The Supreme Court launched the “One Case, One Data” initiative to integrate judicial data across all levels of the Indian court system.

Chief Justice of India Surya Kant stated that the system enables seamless data sharing between the Supreme Court, High Courts, district, and taluka courts for the first time.

The module automates data retrieval and facilitates swift online verification of case-related information, ensuring data integrity and transparency. Reciprocal access will also be provided to High Courts and government departments. 

This initiative aims to strengthen case management by providing judges and officials with complete, real-time details of proceedings across different judicial forums.
