CLAT 2026 to Be Held on December 7; Exam Date Clashes with AILET

The Consortium of National Law Universities has announced that CLAT 2026 will be held on Sunday, December 7, 2025, from 2 PM to 4 PM in offline mode.

The application window will open on August 1, 2025, and close on October 31, 2025. Detailed information regarding the syllabus and counselling process will be released soon.

Notably, the exam date coincides with AILET 2026, forcing candidates to choose between the two national-level law entrance tests.
