Delhi Court Grants Bail to Robert Vadra in Shikohpur Land Deal Case

Businessman Robert Vadra has been granted bail by a Delhi court in a money laundering case linked to the Shikohpur land deal in Haryana.

The case is being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate over alleged irregularities in land transactions involving a company connected to Vadra.

While granting relief, the court observed that Vadra had cooperated with the investigation and that custodial interrogation was not necessary at this stage.

The court also noted that the charge sheet had already been filed and most of the evidence in the matter was documentary in nature.
