Delhi High Court Grants Dynamic+ Injunction Against Piracy Sites Streaming Warner Bros, Netflix Content

The Delhi High Court granted an ex parte ad interim Dynamic+ injunction restraining several piracy websites from hosting or streaming copyrighted films and television shows owned by Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and other global platforms, including Netflix, Disney, Apple, and Crunchyroll.

The Court held that the companies had established ownership of the works and that the websites were offering the content without authorisation, causing financial loss.

Finding a prima facie case, balance of convenience, and risk of irreparable harm, the Court directed domain registrars to suspend infringing domains and internet service providers to block access within 72 hours.

The injunction will remain in force until April 20, 2026.
