Delhi High Court Grants Dynamic+ Injunction to Block ‘Jolly LLB 3’ Piracy

The Delhi High Court has granted a “dynamic+” injunction to JioStar, restraining multiple websites from illegally streaming the upcoming film Jolly LLB 3.

Justice Tejas Karia issued the order to prevent copyright infringement ahead of the theatrical release. The suit highlighted the risk of financial losses from pirate sites distributing the film online.

The injunction directs ISPs and domain registrars to block the identified websites immediately.

Its dynamic+ nature allows JioStar to notify authorities of new mirror sites, enabling real-time blocking and swift action against emerging piracy threats, ensuring comprehensive protection of the film’s intellectual property.
