Delhi HC grants Dynamic injunction to Rahul Mishra against counterfeit website

The Delhi High Court has issued a dynamic injunction in favor of fashion designer Rahul Mishra, restraining John Doe from selling counterfeit replicas of Mishra's luxury apparel through the website www.rahudress.com.

Mishra, represented by Senior Advocate J. Sai Deepak, established a prima facie case of trademark infringement, copyright violation, and unfair competition.

The court directed domain registrar DNR to lock and suspend the counterfeit website and disclose details of its operator.

It acknowledged that John Doe’s activities caused irreparable harm to Mishra’s brand by diluting its reputation and exploiting its goodwill. The matter is listed for April 7, 2025.
