Delhi HC Issues Injunction Against Manoj Manchu Over Defamation Allegations

The court's ruling is grounded in Section 499 and Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code, which addresses defamation and relevant civil law principles.

The court emphasized the importance of protecting personal dignity and reputation. Currently, Manchu is prohibited from posting further derogatory remarks about Maheshwari while the legal proceedings continue.
