The CLAT 2025 exam, which took place on December 1, 2024, was followed by the release of the answer key on December 7.
After several candidates raised concerns over inaccuracies in the key, the Delhi High Court intervened, directing the Consortium to recheck and revise the merit list.
In response to the High Court’s order, the Consortium filed an appeal in the division bench, but the bench declined to stay the original order.
Consequently, the NLUs have decided to approach the Supreme Court for relief, causing a delay in the counselling process originally scheduled for December 26.
