Delhi High Court Corrects Record in Sunjay Kapur Estate Dispute, Removes Sister’s Appearance

The Delhi High Court orders rectification of its record in the Sunjay Kapur estate suit, removing the appearance of his sister, Mandhira Kapur.

The correction follows a plea by Priya Kapur, Sunjay’s widow, stating that Mandhira was never formally made a party to the case and has not filed any application for impleadment. 

Justice Jyoti Singh allows the change after it is revealed that even though Mandhira’s lawyers were listed in a prior order, they had neither appeared in court nor made any submissions.
