The Delhi High Court has issued notice to the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), asking it to respond within four weeks to petitions filed by 92 candidates challenging the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2024 final results.
The petitioners allege discrepancies in the final answer key and object to the normalisation process, claiming that the SSC arbitrarily awarded bonus marks and reshuffled merit rankings.
The petitioners seek to nullify the results of Session-I Tier-II and request for re-examination.
A bench acknowledged prima facie irregularities in one or two questions and ordered SSC to file its reply within four weeks, with the matter listed for further hearing on July 28.
