Delhi HC Stays NCLT’s Order Blocking Army Veteran’s Email

Col Ashish Khanna’s personal email was blocked by National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) due to derogatory content in emails sent about the Delhi Gymkhana Club case.

Khanna challenged the blocking of his email, asserting it violated his right to free speech and questioning NCLT’s power to block personal digital identities.

The Delhi HC stayed the NCLT’s order and listed the case for further hearing in January 2025.
