The Delhi High Court has transferred a sitting judge of the Saket Court following serious allegations by SHO Pankaj Kumar of Hazrat Nizamuddin Police Station.
The SHO accused the judge of misusing his position by forcing police personnel to run personal errands, such as paying for a cricket kit, gym membership, and assisting at his wedding in Rajasthan.
The SHO also alleged continued harassment and misuse of judicial authority over the past year. Taking note of the claims, the High Court issued an administrative order on July 15, removing the judge from his post pending further proceedings.
