The Delhi High Court has quashed cross-FIRs between two neighbours after directing them to perform community service by serving pizzas and buttermilk to children and staff of a government childcare home.
The unusual order followed a dispute where the neighbours filed complaints against each other over a fight involving pet handling that escalated into alleged assault and intimidation.
The court directed that the parties must serve Amul Chaach Tetra Pack along with mixed vegetable pizzas at Sanskar Ashram near GTB Hospital.
The Court specified that the pizzas must be baked by the complainant and served jointly by both parties, treating the act as a constructive resolution and community service instead of punishment.
