Delhi High Court Advises NLU Consortium to Avoid Excessive Objection Fees in Future CLAT PG Exam

The Delhi High Court has addressed concerns regarding high objection fees charged by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) in the CLAT PG 2025 exam.

A division bench disposed of petitions challenging the exam results, ruling on two questions in favor of the petitioners and one in favor of the Consortium.

The Court refrained from quashing the current fee structure but emphasized the need for the Consortium to avoid imposing excessive fees in future examinations.

The court recommended that the matter be reviewed by the committee led by Justice G. Raghuram (Retd.) and directed the Consortium to promptly declare the revised results.
