The Delhi High Court has granted bail to SDPI President Moideen Kutty K (MK Faizy) in an Enforcement Directorate (ED) money laundering case linked to the banned organisation PFI.
Justice Neena Bansal Krishna passed the order, noting the allegations that SDPI functioned as PFI’s political front and routed proceeds of crime worth crores through undisclosed channels.
Faizy had been arrested at Delhi’s IGI Airport in March 2025 after allegedly evading several ED summons, leading to a non-bailable warrant.
Senior Advocate Siddharth Agarwal appeared for Faizy, while ED was represented by Special Counsel Zoheb Hossain and others.
