Delhi High Court Issues Dynamic Injunction to Protect Global Entertainment Content Online

The Delhi High Court issued a dynamic injunction to safeguard copyrighted works of multiple international entertainment companies, including Universal City Studios. 

Justice Manmeet Singh Arora restrained 106 websites from streaming or distributing content belonging to the rights holders, including those with exclusive distribution agreements.

The injunction was designed to address the constantly evolving nature of online copyright infringement, enabling immediate protection of new content as it is created and preventing unauthorised use across digital platforms.
