The Delhi High Court has issued a notice in response to a petition filed by judicial aspirant Meenakshi Meena, who alleges unauthorized alterations in her marks for the Delhi Judicial Services (DJS) Mains Examination 2023.
Meena contends that her score for Question No. 8 in the Civil Law-I paper was changed from '5' to '3', reducing her total from '70' to '68', without any examiner's signature or initials.
This alteration caused her to miss the Viva Voce eligibility by two marks in Paper 2, despite securing an overall score of 422 out of 850.
The High Court has scheduled the next hearing for October 14, 2025.
