Delhi High Court Restrains Rogue Websites from Misusing Gameskraft’s Trademarks

The Delhi High Court granted relief to Gameskraft Technologies in a trademark infringement suit against rogue websites misusing its ‘Rummy Culture’ and other marks to mislead users.

Justice Amit Bansal found that the defendants were fraudulently using Gameskraft’s trademarks and logos to lure consumers into downloading unrelated, potentially harmful apps, causing financial risks and reputational damage.

The Court restrained the defendants from using Gameskraft’s marks, registering deceptive domain names, and directed the takedown of infringing websites and social media accounts.

The Court noted a prima facie case, irreparable harm, and a balance of convenience in favour of Gameskraft. The next hearing is scheduled for September 26, 2025.
