Delhi High Court Seeks Response on Plea to Lift Blocking of Posts Linking Himayani Puri to Jeffrey Epstein

The Delhi High Court issued notice to Himayani Puri, daughter of Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, on a plea seeking vacation of an earlier injunction directing removal of social media posts and articles linking her to Jeffrey Epstein.

The application was filed by RTI activist Kunal Shukla, who argued that the takedown order was passed without allowing him to respond.

Justice Mini Pushkarna clarified that both the injunction application and the plea seeking its vacation would be heard together.

Himayani Puri, in her defamation suit seeking damages, has alleged that the online allegations are false, malicious, and part of a coordinated campaign.
