Delhi High Court Seeks Response Over Alleged Violation of ‘Bro Code’ Title Injunction

The Delhi High Court sought a response from actor Ravi Mohan and co-director Keeneeshaa Francis in a contempt case for allegedly breaching an interim order restraining the use of the term “BRO CODE” as the title of their upcoming film.

The complaint was filed by Indospirit Beverages, which markets an alcoholic drink under the same name, alleging that the film’s promos remained online despite the injunction.

The defendants contended that the trailers were released before the order and that taking them down would cause financial loss. The Court listed the matter for further hearing on November 25.
