“Don’t Shout at Me”: Senior Lawyers Face Off in Sunjay Kapur Estate Case Before Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court saw a fiery exchange between senior advocates Mahesh Jethmalani and Rajiv Nayar during the ongoing Sunjay Kapur estate case.

Nayar, appearing for Priya Kapur, objected to Jethmalani’s interruption, prompting a sharp retort: “Don’t shout at me… You should get a taste of your own medicine.”

The clash occurred while arguments were heard over a will dated March 21, which Karisma Kapoor’s children allege is forged and suppresses their stake in the ₹30,000-crore estate.

The court, meanwhile, directed Priya Kapur to disclose all movable and immovable assets of Sunjay Kapur as on his death.
