Ex-Employees Sue India Ahead News for ₹1.12 Crore Unpaid Salaries

Former employees of India Ahead News Channel have filed a case seeking ₹1.12 crore in unpaid salaries and benefits owed to 36 staff members.

The news channel, which began in 2018 and shut down in 2023, allegedly stopped salary payments in 2022. Despite internal meetings and discussions with Seniors, no resolution was reached, prompting legal action.

The plaintiffs also accused the company of falsely declaring payments and benefits in its financial reports.

The court has issued a summons to the channel’s management, and the next hearing is scheduled for July 5, 2025.
