FIR Against Prashant Kishore and Others for Organising BPSC Protest

An FIR was lodged against Prashant Kishore, his party president Manoj Bharti, tutor Ramanshu Mishra, and 700 others for organizing a student protest at Patna’s Gandhi Maidan, demanding a re-test for the BPSC 70th integrated Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2024 Prelims.

The Patna DM stated the gathering defied prohibitory orders under Section 144 CrPC and violated Sections 188 disobedience to an order by a public servant and 341 wrongful restraint of the IPC.

Despite prior warnings, the protest was deemed unauthorized by the administration.
