GlobalBees Faces Insolvency Proceeding Over ₹65 Crore Unpaid Dues

GlobalBees, a subsidiary of FirstCry parent BrainBees Solutions, is now facing insolvency proceedings after directors of Kuber Industries filed a petition with the NCLT on June 18, 2025, seeking resolution under Section 7 of the IBC for ₹64.92 crore plus 18% annual interest from May 9.

GlobalBees, known for scaling D2C brands, intends to contest the filing at the admission stage. The outcome remains uncertain, as BrainBees highlights that its financial impact depends on the tribunal’s decision.

This development comes amid a challenging quarter for BrainBees, with FirstCry posting a net loss of ₹111.5 crore in Q4 FY25, nearly three times the previous year's loss.
