Haryana Becomes First State to Fully Digitise Advocate General’s Office

Haryana has become the first state in India to fully digitise the Advocate General’s office with the launch of the Pro Case Management System (PCMS), an advanced real-time legal management platform.

Advocate General Pravindra Singh Chauhan said the move has nearly eliminated dependency on physical files, with all case records, replies, court orders, and legal documents now available digitally in PDF format.

The system enables online vetting, legal opinions, litigation management, and communication between government departments and the AG’s office.

Several e-governance modules, including e-Roster, e-Judgement, e-Vetting, and QR-based visitor management, have also been introduced to improve transparency and efficiency.
