Jaipur Eatery ‘A Lawyer’s Kitchen’ Faces FIR for Using Advocate’s Neckband and Gavel Symbols in Branding

A newly opened food outlet in Jaipur named "A Lawyer’s Kitchen" has come under legal scrutiny for using professional legal symbols in its branding.

The letter “A” in ‘lawyers’ was shaped like the white neckband worn by advocates, and the “T” in ‘kitchen’ resembled a judge’s gavel.

Several members of the legal fraternity raised objections to this stylization, alleging that it misuses symbols associated with the legal profession. An FIR has been registered against the outlet owner at Mahesh Nagar Police Station.

Following the incident, the outlet has temporarily shut down. Legal proceedings are expected to follow.
