A local court in Jammu & Kashmir sentenced one Bikram Singh to three days of community service at a cow shelter after he pleaded guilty to public nuisance while intoxicated.
The court ordered him to clean Shri Gomata Seva Samiti Dhamunder Bhaderwah from March 24-26 from 11 AM to 2 PM under police supervision, with a compliance report due by April 3.
The police booked Singh for this act under Section 355 (misconduct in public by a drunken person) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
The court ensured the confession was voluntary before sentencing.
