J&K Deputy CM Files Defamation Suit in Delhi High Court to Remove Objectionable Online Content

J&K Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary has approached the Delhi High Court seeking the removal of viral social-media videos allegedly containing sexual undertones.

Justice Amit Bansal has directed Google and Meta to share details of the pages/channels uploading the clips, and asked Choudhary to implead the uploaders and submit the video content on a pen drive.

His plea for interim relief will be heard on January 13.
