Judiciary and Lawyers Must Stand Together to Safeguard Constitutional Values: Justice B.R. Gavai

Former Chief Justice of India B.R. Gavai stressed the importance of cooperation between the Bar and the Bench in protecting constitutional democracy and maintaining public confidence in the justice system.

Speaking at an event, he observed that judges and lawyers are equal stakeholders in the administration of justice and must work together to uphold constitutional values.
