Kerala Bar Council Lifts Suspension on Advocate Beyline Das Accused of Assaulting His Junior

The Kerala Bar Council informed the Kerala High Court that it has revoked the suspension of Advocate Beyline Das, who faced disciplinary action for allegedly assaulting his junior, subject to certain conditions.

The suspension, originally imposed on May 15, 2025, was lifted by the Bar Council in its June 11 meeting following a writ petition by Das.

The Court also observed that ongoing disciplinary proceedings would not affect the separate criminal case and advised Das to approach the Bar Council directly for any further grievances.
