Kerala Court Issues Non-Bailable Warrants Against Baba Ramdev Due to His Non-Appearance

A Kerala Court issued non-bailable warrants against Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balakrishna after they failed to appear in a criminal case filed by the Kerala Drugs Inspector against Divya Pharmacy over allegedly misleading medical advertisements.

The court has ordered their presence on February 15.

Earlier, the Judicial First Class Magistrate-II, Palakkad, had issued bailable warrants directing them to appear on February 1, but they failed to comply.

As a result, the court escalated the action, now issuing non-bailable warrants to secure their appearance.
