The Kerala High Court on Thursday dismissed the anticipatory bail plea of a Kochi-based software company owner accused of sexually harassing a female employee and attempting to assault her.
The Court noted that the allegations against the prime accused were serious and could not be brushed aside at this stage.
However, anticipatory bail was granted to the other accused in the case.
The Bench also flagged irregularities in the investigation but held that this was not enough to grant relief to the main accused.
