Kerala High Court Seeks Report on Vlogging Inside Driver Cabins Of Moving Buses And Heavy Vehicles

The Kerala High Court has sought a report from the State Police Chief and the State Transport Commissioner on steps taken to prevent videography by vloggers inside the driver’s cabin of moving heavy goods vehicles. 

The Court also directed action-taken reports on the use of contract and state carriages in public places, including unauthorized modifications such as LED and strobe lights, considering the risks to passengers and other road users.

Hearing a suo motu petition on unauthorised vehicle modifications, the Bench adjourned the matter to November 21.
