Lodha Brothers Seek 3-Week Extension For Mediation In Trademark Dispute

The Lodha Brothers agreed to mediation over the ‘Lodha’ Trademark Dispute, and have now sought three more weeks to resolve the matter through mediation.

This dispute arose when Macrotech Developers Ltd, led by Abhishek Lodha, filed an injunction against his younger brother, Abhinandan Lodha’s Real estate firm, House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) for alleged unauthorized use of the trademark.

Abhishek Lodha and Abhinandan Lodha informed the Bombay High Court that the mediator will hold the next meetings on March 24 and 25.

The Court had earlier suggested resolving the matter within five weeks. It will now hear the case on April 28.
