Madras High Court Upholds Compulsory Retirement of District Judge

The High Court’s committee decided he should not continue, and the full court and government approved the decision.

He challenged this in court, but the judges found no reason to change the order and dismissed his case, upholding his retirement in the interest of judicial integrity.
