Nashik Court Rejects Interim Anticipatory Bail for Accused in TCS Religious Conversion Case

A Nashik District Court has denied interim protection from arrest to Nida Ejaz Khan, the sole unarrested accused in the TCS Nashik BPO sexual harassment and religious conversion case.

The Court rejected the plea for interim relief while the Special Investigation Team (SIT) continues its search for her. Khan, who is accused of making derogatory remarks about Hindu deities, sought anticipatory bail citing her pregnancy and a delay in filing the FIR.

The case involves allegations of sexual harassment and forced conversion attempts against eight individuals, seven of whom have already been arrested.

The court has scheduled the final hearing for April 27.
