NCLT Bengaluru Orders Dissolution of Groww Promoter Company

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru Bench, has ordered the dissolution of Groww AA Pvt. Ltd., one of the promoter entities of the investment platform Groww.

The Bench comprising Justice Sunil Aggarwal (Judicial Member) and Radhakrishnan Sreepeda (Technical Member) noted that the company had completed all steps of liquidation and cleared its liabilities.

Finding no pending claims or irregularities, the Tribunal accepted the liquidator’s report and allowed the dissolution under Section 54 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, marking the formal closure of the company’s liquidation process.
