NLSIU Students Hold Overnight Protest Over Poor Hostel Conditions and Water Shortage

Students of National Law School of India University (NLSIU) staged an overnight protest on campus over alleged poor hostel conditions and persistent water shortages.

The protesting students stated that concerns relating to residence facilities, hygiene, and basic infrastructure had been repeatedly raised with the administration for several months, but no concrete remedial action was taken.

They demanded immediate measures to address the water crisis and improve living conditions in student hostels.
