No Price Collusion Found in Indian Antitrust Probe of DHL, UPS, and FedEx

No Price Collusion Found in Indian Antitrust Probe of DHL, UPS, and FedEx

An Indian antitrust investigation by the Competition Commission of India (CCI) concluded there was no evidence of price collusion among DHL, United Parcel Service (UPS), and FedEx in the country's delivery services sector.

The probe, initiated in 2022 following allegations by the Federation of Indian Publishers, examined whether these companies colluded on tariffs and customer discounts.

The CCI found no shared "commercially sensitive information" between the companies and concluded the allegations were unsubstantiated.

The findings were a relief to the logistics industry, which had faced similar scrutiny in other jurisdictions.
