NotarEase’s Online Notarisation Accepted by Supreme Court, Delhi and Bombay High Courts

NotarEase, an Indian startup founded in 2023, has transformed document notarisation by making it fully online and legally accepted across major courts, including the Supreme Court, Delhi HC, and Bombay HC.

Traditionally, notarisation in India involved cumbersome in-person visits, but NotarEase eliminates the need for physical presence, allowing users, including NRIs, to notarise documents from anywhere via laptop or phone.

Its e-notarised documents require no apostille or embassy legalisation, saving time and effort.

Senior Advocate Chander Lall commended NotarEase for solving notarisation challenges for both foreign and Indian clients. Despite some resistance from traditionalists, NotarEase is set to change mindsets and modernise Indian legal processes.
