Delhi HC Allows OYO to Share Its Version in Media Reports over FIR For Fake Bookings

OYO Hotels & Homes approached the Delhi High Court seeking to restrain media outlets from publishing allegedly defamatory news over a Rajasthan FIR accusing it of fake bookings worth ₹22.5 crore.

The FIR, filed by Samskara Resort, alleges that OYO has been engaging in unfair trade practices, non-compliance with local tax regulations, and imposing arbitrary terms on partner hotels.

OYO argued the reports were one-sided and harmed its reputation. The Court, while refusing to pay any interim orders, allowed OYO to share its version. 

Justice Amit Bansal directed news portals to publish OYO's version if shared.
